"I've got a little dorky notebook. It's so stupid. The problem is you write stuff down and you feel very pretentious. And you look at it and you're like, 'Why did I write that. I mean, come on!' But sometimes you've got to do it. You've gotta write down dumb ideas to get to good ones. It could be anything; someone you've gotta call, song titles, a book you wanna read, or just a sentence someone said that you liked."
