Turned a groupie to an angel when she 8, 7, 6, 5

I remember when I was in about the 3rd grade I had to choose my three heroes. Lots of people said their parents and Mother Theresa or Gandhi. I said Woody Allen, John Waters, and Marc Brown. I thought for sure I'd get the chance to speak in front of the school about how awesome they are to me. Marc Brown's a given, but honestly what kind of 8 year old loves Woody Allen and John Waters? HA, I had guts.
